Request access to IRMA: IRMA Access Request Form
The Office of Institutional Research currently provides data analytics via IRMA (Institutional Research Metrics and Analytics) using Microsoft Teams.
IRMA is the University data warehouse that provides dynamic BI reporting along with secure, Office 365 Group-based file delivery and notification services. Access to IRMA will be provided, upon request, to all Baylor faculty and staff.
IRMA access includes the following channels and reports:
- University: Applicants, Enrollment, Degrees, and Retention and graduation rates
- Institutional Surveys: Responses to the Enrolled Student and Senior surveys
- Preliminary Enrollment and Retention: Preliminary Enrollment and Retention rates during registration periods prior to the Census date
- UG Student Success: Undergraduate student Retention and graduation rates, Major flow, and Non-returning students
Specific private Channel and Group access will be provided based on individual user needs.
